Azure; in the board with the pointed end and or border is Sacred Arhistratyg Michael's figure of natural colors in an argent armour with or wings and a nimbus which bases on an azure Varangian board with argent cross, with the prolonged bottom end. In the right hand Arhistratyg Michael holds the lowered sword with the or handle and a cross.
The board is crowned by the or princely crown decorated by jewels and pearls.
In the bottom of a board on medal tapes are Arhistratyg Michael's and Knight Valour awards.
The tenants: two or crowned lion with gules tongues which are standing one against another.
The motto: "Knights. The God. Ukraine." - by argent letters on azure tape.
The arms is putted on the gules cloak, padded by ermine fur and the topped by or grand-ducal crown.
