The modern emblem

It was confirmed in December, 18th, 2008 by the decision #315 of region council session.

Per fess abaised erose in chief per pale. First Azure; escutcheon Azure with curly inner bordure Or and open gates Argent masoned by Sable, doors Or and three towers, the middle is highest. Second Or; three wavy fesses Azure with key Argent in bend. Third Gules; arising oak with stalk Or and leaves Vert. Shield is bordered by a wreath from ears Or, flowers and leaves of hops, entwined by blue and yellow ribbon.
