The emblem of 2007-2015
It was confirmed in April, 12th, 2007 by the decision of region council session.
Pall reverced. First azure; Cossack with a musket. Second or; half-gear sable and two ears. Third purple; bull argent. The shield is crowned by decorative ornament or, in the center of it is the State Emblem of Ukraine, and framed by a wreath of ears of corn or and oak branches vert entwined by blue and yellow ribbon. The bottom of wreath is adorned by viburnum bunch with leaves vert.
