The flag
It was confirmed in May, 6th, 1996 by the decision of city council session.
The rectangular canvas with a ratio of the sides: 1:1. In a dark blue field there is an image of the white George cross. Four sides of the gonfalon have an edging of dark blue and yellow triangles with width of 1/8 of width of the flag.
