It was confirmed in March, 31st, 2004 by the decision #332-16/XXIV of village council session. Per fess by barrulet Or broken seven times (in the shape of redoubt). Azure; sword Argent and scepter Or in saltire. Purple; sword Argent in pale, point downward, which pierces the crescent Argent horns down. The shield is enframed by or cartouche and crowned by city crown Argent.
Coat of city reproduces the emblem of Aleksopol' (first name), which was established in 1796 by order of the Katerynoslav governor P.Zubova. The line of separation shapes earthen redoubt of Ukrainian fortified line of 30-60 years of XVIII century. Azure color symbolizes hope of residents on welfare and a better life, sky, river Orel' and mineral water "Tsarychans'ka." Gules symbolizes struggle for the right to live and the blood shed in the struggle. The authors are H.Kovalenko, Yu.Kyslychnyi, A.Bilokin'. The artists are R.Kovalenko, I.Krasiuk.
