MALYN

Near the city, in its south-eastern part, are the remains of the ancient city, founded in the late of VIII-IX centuries as a fortress of Eastern Slavic tribes - drevlyany. The town's name is associated with the name of Prince Mal.
In 1569 city has received the Magdebourg Right.
Now the city is known by the paper mill that produces paper for the ukrainian banknotes.
