TOVSTE

The city is located near small river Tupa. It was known since 1449. In 1549 King Sigizmund II August has granted the Magdeburg Right. Obviously, by the request of Pototsky's in 1701 King August II has confirmed it. Since then in office-work of city began to use the "Pylava". On the stamp of 1861 was the paty cross.
