It was confirmed in April, 21st, 2003 by the decision #220 of VII village council session of IV convocation. Vert; argent goat, above which is or paty cross, in wavy argent base is azure carp. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by argent urban crown with three prongs.
The goat associates with the name of settlement. The or cross displays history of city which became defensive point on a way of the Tatar attacks. A carp and a wavy base mean small river Koropets'.
