It was confirmed in August, 27th, 1999 by the decision #XXIII/10-28 of city council session. Reparted per bend sinister abaised. First Vert; dove. First and second Gules divided by Argent-Sable bend sinister. Third Sable; hammers Argent in saltire. Above a shield is a urban crown with. On a crown is date of the city basis "1867". Above crown is sunflower with three leaves. The shield is framed by branches of acacia, banded by ribbon Argent. Supporters: on the left miner with a pick hammer in the left hand, on the right archangel of Michael with spear. Below it is a ribbon with a title of city, above it is a red pink, under it are oak leaves. The author is L.Tolstov. Image on site V.Napytkin.
