The soviet emblem
It was confirmed in December, 12th, 1968 by the decision #659 of city council executive committee.
Azure with abaised engrailed fess from Azure and Argent stripes; rising sun Or with two crossed branches Or - laurel and grape with a branch. The chief Gules is charged by the city name Or. The board is placed jn cartouche Or with sickle and hammer Or and the star Gules in top.
