Azure with wavy base; fortification Or with two windows and merlons Gules with Argent. On a wall's background sable mill wheel Sable. Above the wall leaf of birch Vert with a stork above two sabres Or in sheathes Gules. In the canton Gules is blossoming branch of a chestnut of natural color. Cartouche Or; on the chief city name on the Ukrainian language, on the base sickle and hammer.
Two sabres symbolize Berezans'ka squadron in B.Khmel'nyts'kyi, and also show, that city was founded in birchwoods on a place of a security cossack post.
Fortification with a wheel is a fragment of a small city of rest and entertainments, one of the best in area. Wheel is a symbol of the industry.
