The modern emblem
It was confirmed in September, 14th, 1997 by the decision of village council session.
Gules; mace or accompanied by the argent patty crosses at sides.
Mace displays Pavlo Teterya's role in development of city. The gules field personifies struggle against aggressors for independence of the native ground, and crosses are a symbol of memory about victims in fights of fellow countrymen.
