The flag
It was confirmed in January, 29th, 2001 by the decision of city council session.
The rectangular panel with a ratio of the sides 2:3, consisting of two equal horizontal strips - blue and vert, from a staff to middle of a flag departs a white wedge. On the single copy of a flag which is kept in city council, on a white background the arms of city is represented, on all others the arms is absent.
