The flag
It was confirmed in July, 18th, 2018 by the decision #646 of XXXIV city council session of VIII convocation.
The square panel consists of two equal vertical stripes. On the blue staff stripe is a white seven-beams cross, on the yellow free stripe is green oak. From the top corners to the middle of panel issues a red wedge, on which are two yellow crossed sabers. Below the flag are two green hills in 1/4 of the height of the flag.
