It was confirmed in June, 12th, 2018 by the decision #6-39/2018 of XXXIX city council session of VII convocation. Per fess by Vert and Azure; the second part is covered by fishing net Argent. In the shield two straight watermill wheels Or. First; sunflower Or with a center Sable, accompanied in corners by two rhombuses Argent. Second; five fishes Or in cross. The shield is inscribed in a decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is the inscription "KLYNYNY".
Sunflower and stylized cubes of sugar are a symbol of agriculture, growing sunflowers and sugar beet. The wheels of the mill are a symbol of two water mills that existed in the village; five fish on a fishing net are symbol of rich water resources and fisheries.
