It was confirmed in December, 21st, 2017 by the decision #496 of XXVIII village council session of VII convocation. Azure. From base Vert issues railway stone bridge Or with two arches. In the first arch is six-beam star Argent, accompanied in the top by half of the arc, completed by an arrow, below the crescent in the fess horns up. In the second arch is seven-beam cross Argent. Shield is entered into the decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche are the inscription "STEHNYKIVTSI" and "1463".
The railway bridge is a local architectural landmark. The star, half of arc and the crescent are a symbol of the Ostroz'kyis, the seven-ray cross belonged to Potots'kyis. The authors are C.Bohatov, S.Tkachov, V.Napytkin. Image on site C.Bohatov.
