It was confirmed in October, 13th, 2015 by the decision #2 of XLIV village council session of VI convocation. Vert with wavy base Or; galloping horse Argent. Chief Or; formy cross Gules accompanied on the sides by two birch leaves Vert per bend sinister and sinister. The shield is entered in decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is inscription "VELYKYI SKNYT."
Wavy base is sign of the rolling hills and water. The horse is symbol of freedom and will. Formy cross is symbol of Volyn'; birch leaves are symbol of birch groves around the village.
