The modern emblem

It was confirmed in August, 30th, 1994 by the decision of city council executive committee.

Argent; woman in dress argent and plakhta (a kind of dress) brown holding a sheaf. On the chief gules is courant horse argent.
The woman is a symbol of Daria Mykolaivna Lopukhina who has done a lot for the development of the town. The argent is symbol of cleanliness and the good. Olr Cherkasy emblem (horse) represents the administrative subordination of the town.
