It was confirmed in December, 12th, 2002 by the decision #VI/6-78 of region council session.
Per fess and in chief per pale. First Or; bull. Second Azure; sheaf Or. Third Azure; chalky mountain Argent. Crest: on circle Vert with bordure Or sunflower Or. Shield is enframed by a wreath from feather grass Vert and cornflowers Azure entwined by ribbon Azure wit inscription "Kostyantynivs'kyi region" Azure.
