It was confirmed in March, 28th, 2007 by the decision of region council session.
Purple; arrow and sword edges down Argent in saltire, in chief eight-ray star Or, in base crescent Or horns up. Bordure per pale by Argent and Vert. Shield is framed on the sides and bottom by wreath of wheat Or, intertwined by leaves and flowers of potatoes.
