The flag
It was confirmed in May, 23d, 2008 by the decision #57-18/08 of region council session.
It is rectangular panel with sides ratio 2:3, near staff is vertical red line (1/5), on it is caduceus. Free part consists of five horizontal stripes: blue, yellow, green, yellow and blue (1:1:16:1:1). In the centre of green stripe is region emblem.
