The modern emblem
It was confirmed in April, 23d, 2003 by the decision of region council session.
Per fess and in base per pale. First Vert; cornucopia Or and caduceus in saltire. Second Argent; sheaf of wheat Or. Third Argent; oak leaf Vert. The shield is framed by a wreath of wheat ears Or, entwined by blue and yellow ribbon, in the end of it is date "1923".
