It was confirmed in December, 7th, 2011 by the decision of city council session. On the blue square panel is yellow-black outline of the octagon (in a form of fortress Pavlivs'k), right angles go to the middle sides of the flag. Loop is filled by red. The ratio of the sizes octagon to flag is 2:3. Moldavian Hussars Hussars wore uniforms of blue.
Blue flag color and shape of the Pavlivs'k trench formed the basis of the flag as elements, reflecting the specificity of its cause and origin. Image on site V.Napytkin.
