It was confirmed in July, 9th, 2002 by the decision of region council session.
Rectangular yellow panel with the sides ratio 2:3 is divided by the blue line from top stuff to bottom free angle. On the upper field are two green birch catkins with leaves, on the bottom is blue flower of flax.
The authors are Yu.Terlets'kyi, A.Hrechylo.
The artist is M.Novachok.
