The modern emblem

It was confirmed in April, 9th, 1998 by the decision #11-II/XXIII of city council session.

Azure; falcon Or flies at sunrise, in the center is Gules-Sable crystals. Under the figure is date 1956 argent.
Falcon symbolizes freedom-loving people and hope for the future. Multi-colored crystals of minerals indicate a wealth of mineral resources of land and economic basis of city life - the production of rare earth concentrates, which are important raw material for the development of chemical, mechanical engineering and electrical production.
