It was confirmed on 2008. Argent, pall Azure, accompanied on the dexter and sinister by the saffron flower Purple with leaves Gules. The shield is enframed by decorative cartouche Or, crowned by crown Argent and entwined by wreath from pine branches Gules with Or, blue and yellow ribbon (pointing to the submission of Kramators'k City Council) with the inscription "BІLEN'KE".
Argent symbolizes the chalk deposits and the name of the settlement. Azure pale indicates the Bilen'ka river. Saffron represent station #1 "Bilen'ka" of the regional landscape park "Kramators'k". The authors are A.Hrechylo, V.Kotsarenko, I.Nikulochkin. Image on site V.Napytkin.
