It was confirmed in March, 14th, 2003 by the decision of region council session.
Gules; formy cross argent, on it is figure of the Virgin in a frame of the cones or twisted by tape azure, accompanied in chief by formy cross argent, in base by formy cross azure. In base is inscription "1939" sable.
