The modern emblem
It was confirmed in December, 29th, 2000 by the decision of region council session.
Azure with bordure or; three fur-trees vert with bordure or, middle of which is higher, accompanied in base by two crossed cones or, in chief by flying stork argent. Fur-trees and ears are signs of the main riches of area. A stork is symbol of returning to home, love and fidelity.
