It was confirmed in January, 16th, 1996 by the decision #6 of city council executive committee.
Azure; on a vert hill is argent city wall, under the lowered vert fess edged by argent are three argent flowers of a water lily in the azure base.
Wall specifies the name of city. Vert-azure colors of a board mean Cyr river and bogs, and argent border mean two main ways which passed near the fotress. Proceeding from known historic facts, the basis of a symbol the name of city is:
- Kamin' (stone) - a stronghold, a stone construction, a fortress;
- Kashyrs'kyi - "koshera", a pen for domestic animals.
The shield is enframed by or cartouche and crowned by argent urban crown with three prongs.
