The flag
It was confirmed in July, 18th, 2003 by the decision of X city council session of XXIV convocation.
It is rectangular crimson panel with sides ratio 1:2. In the middle of it are horizontal wavy white and blue strips (the width of a wave equals to 1/13 width of a flag). On the top corner from a staff is a board with the city arms (height of it equals to 1/3 width of a flag).
