CHERNOZHICE NAD LABEM

Emblems was confirmed at 1997.
In an argent field is three azure wave belts with vert three-arcs bridge above it. There is gules shield with argent coiling snake above bridge. Azure belts mean Labe river, the bridge connects city with contrary bank, snake is Maletshytsky's symbol.
The flag is rectangular panel with 2:3 side's ratio. In the green field is three skew belts - white, blue and white - with 1:2:1 ratio. A width of blue belts equals a third of width of flag.
