It was confirmed in September, 19th, 2019 by the decision #6/45-2019 of XLV village council session of VII convocation. Vert with chief, sepatated in nine fractures (middle is larger), and wavy base Argent; stone fortress Argent with a tower, with windows Sable and open gates, in which circle Or with a Trypillya pattern Gules. On the tower is human footstep Gules in fess. The tower accompanied on the sides by two beech flowers Or with leaves and stems Argent. The shield is inscribed in a decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is the inscription "IVANKIVTSI".
The fortress is a symbol of the historical building that existed in the village; footstep means legend about of the Mother of God trace on the stone; Trypillya pattern is a symbol of the ancient settlements in the area; beech flowers are sign of beech trees which grow near the village, five triangles are symbol of the five hills around the village, a wavy base mean the Zbruch river.
