Per pale wavy by Argent and Vert; lily per pale wavy counterchanged. In the chief dexter three oak leaves Vert, middle in pale, less side in the bend and bend sinister, coming out from one point; in the chief sinister flower of an apple tree Argent. The shield is inscribed in decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is the inscription "TSVITOKHA".
Lily flower ("tsvit") is a symbol of the name of the village, at the same time a symbol of purity and hope.
