It was confirmed in May, 16th, 2018 by the decision #12-38/2018 of XXXVIII city council session of VII convocation. On pall Azure ten eight-beam stars Argent pierced in fess, pale and bends. First; per fess in three domes by Argent and Or, Or fessed many times by fillets Sable; the Mother of God in a garment Azure and cloak Gules, which holds the cover Argent n her hands. Second Or; windmill Gules. Third Or; well with a bucket and a wooden crane Gules in bend. Shield is entered into the decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is the inscription "KURYLIVKA".
The pall is a symbol of the Hrabarka River and the streams flowing into it. Ten stars mean ten historical parts of the village. The domed division of the first part and the filament separation of the lower half is a symbol of the three-domed wooden Cover of Mother of God church. The mill is a symbol of the mills that existed in the village, the wooden crane is a symbol of the reverence of the wells.
