The shield is framed by a wreath from oak branches Vert, wheat ears Or and viburnum branch Gules, intertwined by ribbon Azure with inscription "Koriukivs'kyi region" Or and crowned by territorial crown Or.
Cossack hetman's mace emphasize the tradition (region at different times was a settlement of three prominent figures of Ukrainian history, the famous hetman of Ukraine - I.Samoilovych, I.Mazepa, P.Polubotok). Stork is symbol of vigilance (Koriukivka is border region). Ear means the development of agriculture, oak leaves symbolize the local forest. Bunch of Viburnum symbolizes heroism, courage and patriotic past during World War II and recalls about Koriukivka tragedy.
