It was confirmed in March, 11th, 2011 by the decision #24-5/2011 of V region council session. Azure; circle Or decorated by ancient Slavic conventional signs, framed by sixteen straight and wavy rays. Under it three mountain peaks Argent. Base Vert; two crossed swords Or edge down in saltire. The shield is framed by wreath of oak leaves with acorns and entwined by blue and yellow ribbon. In the bottom of the shield on the bend strip inscription "Bilohirs'kyi region", under it the viburnum leaves with three clusters of berries. The shield is crowned by sheaf from seven wheat spikelets Or and framed by decorative baroque pattern.
Sun is symbol of life, prosperity, peace and harmony. Circle Or is part of the sacrificial vases of ancient Slavonic altar-temples, excavated in Lepesivka village of Bilohirs'kyi region. Mountains symbolize open cretaceous deposits, which are located in the district of "white mountains" ("bili hory"). Swords reminiscent of the glorious past of the land, the heroic struggle of our ancestors for national and social liberation. The author is V.Il'ins'kyi. Image on site V.Napytkin.
