It was confirmed in December, 29th, 2000 by the decision of region council session.
Azure; stork Argent with outstretched wings and spikelets Or, laid diagonally to the lower part of the bird. Shield is topped by sun Or, decorated by wheat spikelets, and framed by a wreath of pine branches Vert entwined by ribbon Purple.
