It was confirmed in April, 24th, 2013 by the decision of XL city council session of VI convocation.
Gules with bordure Or; gate Argent with three towers crowned by prince's crown Or. In the open gates armed rider with a sword and a shield. The shield is enframed by or cartouche and crowned by argent urban crown with three prongs.
