It was confirmed in July, 20th, 1999 by the decision of region council session.
Escutcheon Azure with bordure Gules; ancient warrior's helmet (shyshak) Or. First Purple; in the chief dexter dove Argent is flies to the left. Second Oe; in the chief sinister bunch of viburnum Gules, oak leaves and pine branch Vert. Third field Vert; in the base dexter corner oil rig Sable, factory buildings Argent and spike Or. Fourth Azure; in the base sinister corner colonnade of the M.Hohol' museum Argent.
