It was confirmed in July, 15th, 1999 by the decision of region council session.
Per fess. First Azure; silhouette of the cathedral. Second Or with point reversed end; bread and salt on embroidered towel, open book with feather and wheat ears on the sides. Base per pale. First Purple; sword and arrow Argent in saltire. Second Gules; horseshoe Or. The shield is crowned by wreath of branches Vert of oak and clusters of viburnum Gules, intertwined by blue and yellow ribbon. Above the shield is inscription "Kozelschyns'ka land".
