It was confirmed in July, 14th, 2000 by the decision of region council session. Embowed edge Argent divides the shield on Vert and Argent. On the second part three bees Or; on the edge wavy barrulets Azure. In the center of the shield sunflower Or. Above the shield ribbon Azure with inscription "Bilokurakyns'kyi region." Under the shield is embroidered towel, bunch of viburnum, bread and salt. The shield is surrounded by a wreath from oak leaves and stalks, entwined in the dexter by the white ribbon with words "Will. Labor. Good" and the date "1700" - the year of foundation Bilokurakyno, in the sinister by blue and yellow ribbon with date "1923" - the year of region foundation.
