Square panel is divided horizontally in ratio 3,5:8:3,5 on three parts - blue, complex and blue. Complex part is divided into four horizontal bands - orange, white, orange and white in the ratio 3:1:1:3 and the blue triangle with the basis on the free edge and top on the third of field. The item has gold edging from three sides.
Flag reflects iconic moments of the history of the city - since the foundation of regimental camp Moldavian Hussars, whose uniforms were blue, and renaming in honour of the Ukrainian Lancers, whose icon is placed on the flag.
