CHUTIVKA

The first data about it refers to 1734. Near to village passed the Kolomyjs'kyi way, on this way often moved hordes of nomads from the Wild field and Crimea. According to a legend, people who lived on a place of Chutivka, observed data movement of the enemy on the Kolomyjs'kyi way. Therefore they were nicknamed by "chuty" ("chuty" means "to list"), and settlement was named Chutivka.
