It was confirmed in April, 7th, 2004 by the decision of village council session. Gules; bend spear or an edge up, with a tag, on which is formy cross azure. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by urban crown gules.
The spear displays a historical role of the city on a way against enemy attacks. It is interesting that exists the blue-yellow flag of insurgent group of 1918. The author is A.Hrechylo. Image on site V.Napytkin.
