Per pale, the sinister per fess. Azure; head of bull sable, accompanied in the chief by Tryzyb or and five-beam star gules, in the base by six-beam star or and half-moon horns to dexter. Gules; three beech nutlets or two and one. Or; harrow sable. Under the shield are two oak leaves vert.
Emblem contains many heraldic errors - so, are used the state symbols of the foreign states (including nonexistent) and occupational regims. Besides, the basic figure in the shield - a bull head - is pictured by color on color.
