It was confirmed in April, 24th, 2009 by the decision of region council session. Red rectangular panel has a ratio of the sides 2:3. From a staff is a vertical red strip in width in 4/15 of flag length, on it is white vertical apple-tree branch with flowers. In the flag centre on a free dark blue part is yellow sun with sixteen beams. Diameter of the circle described by the ends of beams is equals to 2/3 of the flag width. Image on site V.Napytkin.
