The soviet emblem
It was worked out in on 1983. In honour of 200-years of city was undertaken the attempt to create the arms, however it has not received distribution. Shield per pale; in it is placed a part of gear and ear, which frame a factory silhouette. In a board are inscriptions "1783" and "1983", in the chief is inscription "Kostopil'".It was not confirmed.
