The flag
It was confirmed in January, 22nd, 2002 by the decision of XXXI city council session of XXIII convocation.
It is blue square panel, in the centre of it is white city wall with tower against a background of red sun with yellow beams, from top and bottom edges goes border from white and yellow triangles (its width is equal to 1/10 of flag).
