Pioners'ke is village on a coast of the Azov sea and popular health resort, vacation spot for the adults and improving zone for children (here is disposed set of pioneer camps). Such disposition and the assignment of village is exhibited in the coat of arms by basic elements:
- azure with engrailed line symbolize presence of village on a coast of the sea;
- the or sun directs a heat this places;
- the or cup, twined by the snake, means public health services, defines Pioners'ke as a health resort.
- gules mean life force and health.
- the grapes shows economic activities of the local residents.
