The modern emblem

It was confirmed in December, 19th, 2003 by the decision #25 of IV region council session of X convocation.

Vert; azure wavy base is charged by three argent wavy fillet fesses, on or bank is or wooden wall with opened azure gate, in it are three or crossed arrows, in the argent chief are three sable fancy flowers. The shield crowned by or crown. Below shield goes the azure tape with or inscription "Khmel'nyts'kyi region".
